Job Description

Law Firm is looking for an experienced probate, trusts, and estate planning attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of estate planning and probate laws and have the ability to provide creative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file all necessary documents in probate proceedings.

• Provide advice and counsel to clients regarding estate planning and probate matters.

• Negotiate and draft trust and estate documents.

• Represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.

• Prepare and execute estate planning documents.

• Research and analyze legal issues related to estate planning and probate laws.

• Monitor changes in probate and estate planning laws.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other professionals in the legal industry.

• Provide advice and assistance to clients on tax matters related to estate planning and probate.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

• 3-7 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.

• Knowledge of state and federal laws related to estate planning and probate.

• Strong research and writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
