The ideal candidate will have experience with qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and/or health welfare plans, and the benefits side of merger & acquisition transactions. Experience handling employer-side general labor and employment matters would also be ideal. The position may be filled at the Associate or Counsel level, depending on experience.
