Business Manager
Melville, NY ## Business Manager for Law Firm Lamb & Barnosky, LLP is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join their team. This position will report to the Management Committee and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm including accounts payable, document management/record retention, human resources, recruitment, marketing, and a support staff. The successful candidate must possess a strong command of financial issues and be able to utilize, understand, report and make recommendations on financial decisions. ### Job Description The Business Manager will be responsible for the following duties: * Supervise three existing administrators: Financial/Health Benefits/Payroll Administrator, Office/Billing Administrator, and Technology/Network Administrator * Utilize, understand, report and make recommendations on financial decisions, utilizing the firm’s billing and financial software with the assistance of the three existing administrators * Prepare, finalize and present clear financial statements, objectives and goals * Oversee day-to-day operations including accounts payable, document management/record retention, human resources, recruitment, marketing, and a support staff * Work with outside technology consultants ### Salary and Benefits The salary for this position will range from $140,000.00 to $200,000.00.
