Corporate Associate
Harrisburg, PA Law Firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their growing Corporate and Tax Group. This position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to join an established team, collaborate with leading attorneys in their fields and enjoy advancement opportunities. Qualified candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, 2-5 years of experience in general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent research, writing and communication skills, be self-motivated, driven and detail oriented, and have a broad knowledge of general corporate law. Job Responsibilities: - Provide guidance on business formations, commercial financing, corporate governance, transactions including mergers and acquisitions and restructurings - Advise clients on matters related to regulatory compliance, risk management, tax planning and business succession planning - Collaborate with leading attorneys in their fields and enjoy advancement opportunities - Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Conduct research, write and communicate effectively Compensation and Benefits: Law Firm offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, commensurate with experience.
