To succeed in this role, you must possess 5 years of proficiency in sophisticated trust planning strategies for high net-worth clients, as well as planning with respect to business interests and a broad range of tax matters.

## Responsibilities

* Provide direct legal services to clients, including estate planning, trust planning, and business planning
* Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and develop legal strategies to meet those needs
* Draft and review legal documents related to trusts and estates
* Research and analyze complex legal issues
* Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise clients on their implications
* Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction

## Qualifications

* Juris Doctorate and FL Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing
* 5 years of experience in estate planning
* Knowledge of trust and estate law, tax law, and business planning
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Service-oriented attitude
