The candidate should have the experience in the practice of law is preferred and specific experience in advising clients in corporate law matters and/or in representing clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other commercial transactions is a plus. Candidates must be currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in good standing or scheduled to take the Pennsylvania Bar exam in February 2023.
