The candidate will manage a high volume of inbound calls by identifying the caller’s needs and transferring calls to the appropriate department or person within the law firm. Capture accurate information from each caller without error. Understand the key aspects of the law firm’s practice areas, so that callers are handled efficiently. Operate phone and computer systems. Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately. Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations set forth by law office management and the PA Department of Health when needed. Provide support to work teams as needed. Should preferably have 1 years of experience in a law office setting. Spanish skills are required. Typing speed 45 WPM is required.
