The candidate will have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases while helping people who have been a victim of corporate abuse. Will draft motions and pleadings, negotiate settlements, handle court appearances, and prepare cases for trial. Will have substantive client contact as well as significant involvement in case strategy and management. Is mission-focused and committed to seeking justice on behalf of consumers across Florida. Uses an innovative approach and state-of-the-art technology to litigate complex matters. Is made up of friendly individuals with varied experiences and insights that contribute to the team’s dynamic professional environment. Must have fair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer protection experience. Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to drive cases to resolution. Excellent analytical skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed.
