Legal Assistant
The candidate should have 3 years of experience to support the firm’s Litigation practice. The selected assistant will possess a mastery of technical and administrative skills, assume responsibility with minimal supervision, exercise initiative and judgment to make decisions within the scope of the assigned authority, work individually and as part of a team, and practice collaboration with firm employees across the offices. Candidates considered will be detail-oriented, have good judgment and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities within time constraints. They will also be proactive self-starters with demonstrated experience maintaining high-quality work product in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary to be successful in these positions. Required Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, is required. Previous experience working in a law firm or large office environment preferred.
