Immigration Paralegal

Position Overview:

As an Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with employment-based immigration matters for various organizations. This includes establishing eligibility for immigration benefits, guiding clients through the immigration process, and working with a team of attorneys and account managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a Bachelor's degree with excellent academic credentials. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a variety of employment-based immigration matters for multinational companies, universities, hospitals, and research organizations
- Communicate with attorneys, account managers, scientists, scholars, researchers, and other professionals to establish eligibility for immigration benefits
- Guide clients through the immigration process
- Understand and navigate complicated rules and procedures related to immigration
- Maintain organized and accurate records and files
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and account managers to provide high-quality service to clients
- Continuously stay updated on changes and developments in immigration laws and regulations
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree with excellent academic credentials
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Previous experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role is a plus
