- Conduct research on accounting and taxation issues for an expanding international business
- Collaborate with third-party tax advisors for annual tax filings and subsidiary returns
- Prepare various tax returns and ensure compliance with domestic and international tax regulations
- Calculate partner distributions and estimates, and assist with quarterly estimated tax payments
- Respond to inquiries and notices from IRS and state agencies
- Manage partner financial records and maintain accounting processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA designation preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience with a partnership or public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and GAAP
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

As a Financial and Tax Accountant, you will have the opportunity to conduct research on accounting and taxation issues for an expanding international business, collaborate with third-party tax advisors for annual tax filings, and prepare various tax returns. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of US tax laws and GAAP, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and a CPA designation is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience with a partnership or public accounting firm.
