Senior Business Development Manager (Antitrust & Competition and Energy & Environmental)
Washington, DC : Washington, DC Summary: - Job title: Senior Business Development Manager (Antitrust & Competition and Energy & Environmental) - Full-time position - Salary: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package - Law firm: Crowell & Moring LLP - Location: Washington, DC Responsibilities: - Develop and execute annual business development plans for assigned practice groups, including expanding and diversifying client relationships, cross-selling, and collaborating with other practice groups. - Provide high-level business development advice and guidance based on in-depth understanding of the group's experience, clients, market forces, and competition. - Bring new ideas and proven strategies to support client retention and expansion. - Create pitch materials and proposals that highlight relevant experience and value-added offerings. - Collaborate with practice and marketing leaders to develop messaging and strategies for lateral recruiting efforts. - Create marketing collateral and materials to showcase the group's experience and capabilities. - Analyze client and market intelligence to inform business development and branding initiatives. - Plan and execute client development events and written thought leadership efforts. - Oversee submissions to ranking publications and recognition opportunities. - Manage the group's business development budget. - Mentor and train direct reports to maximize business development efforts.
