Greensboro, NC Salary Based on experience Law Firm Seeking Field Representative for Greensboro Area H1: Join Our Team as a Field Representative in Greensboro, NC H2: Make a Positive Difference for Clients as a Field Representative in North Carolina Law Firm Seeking Field Representative for Greensboro Area We are currently seeking a Field Representative to join our team at a law firm in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive difference for our clients while providing exceptional customer service. Overview of the Role Our Field Representatives are the face of our law firm and play a crucial role in the James Scott Farrin experience. This is not a typical 9-5 desk job – each day brings new challenges and opportunities to serve our clients in the best way possible. A typical day may include visiting a client to finalize documents, picking up documents from a police station or courthouse, and traveling throughout the Greensboro area. Key Responsibilities - Meeting with clients daily to take pictures of injuries and property damage, as well as handling confidential documents - Notarizing documents as needed - Locating clients who are difficult to reach - Ensuring the maintenance of company vehicle and equipment - Maintaining sign up folders - Picking up police reports - Filing documents for attorneys at the courthouse - Communicating with supervisor regularly throughout the day - Other general duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements - 2-4 years of customer service, sales, or related experience - Flexibility and discipline to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - Comfortable in uncertain situations and professional under pressure - Clean driving record (company vehicle will be provided) - Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred but not required Important Information Please note that this position involves interaction with injured clients at their places of residence.
