Summary:

The Employee Relations Partner is a remote position responsible for providing consultation to Managers and Employees on employee issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and termination. They will also conduct HR investigations and monitor employee relations trends to advise Operations Management. This position requires 5 years of experience in HR compliance or employee relations and offers a salary range of $60K to $70K, with comprehensive benefits package.

Essential Functions:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns and conduct investigations
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and partner with other departments to find solutions
- Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management and compliance with laws and policies
- Travel to company sites within supported region as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

- Stay updated on legal requirements and employment legislation within region
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and policies
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Impartiality and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, management, law, or equivalent; or additional 4 years of experience
- 5 years of experience in HR compliance or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Applicants from California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York City, and Washington:

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant's skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $70K.
