They will also conduct HR investigations and monitor employee relations trends to advise Operations Management. This position requires 5 years of experience in HR compliance or employee relations and offers a salary range of $60K to $70K, with comprehensive benefits package. Essential Functions: - Oversee daily administration of reported concerns and conduct investigations - Provide guidance on employee relations matters and partner with other departments to find solutions - Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management and compliance with laws and policies - Travel to company sites within supported region as needed Additional Responsibilities: - Stay updated on legal requirements and employment legislation within region - Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities: - Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and policies - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills - Impartiality and conflict resolution skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to handle confidential information and work independently - Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, management, law, or equivalent; or additional 4 years of experience - 5 years of experience in HR compliance or employee relations - Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations Travel: 0% - 10% DOT Regulated: No Salary Information: Applicants from California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York City, and Washington: Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant's skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc. The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $70K.
