Key Responsibilities:

- Professional administration of fiduciary accounts, ensuring compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
- Understanding clients' needs and circumstances, including their extended family and younger generation, and providing tailored solutions
- Possessing technical knowledge in fiduciary law, tax, investing, regulation, compliance, and estate planning
- Collaborating with centers of influence and the professional community to develop a network of external referral partners
- Working with teammates to deliver the full range of integrated solutions to clients
- Promoting our fiduciary platform and actively participating in the sales process
- Consistently delivering on Bank of America's Private Bank value proposition

Qualifications:
