Bilingual Employee Relations Partner
Saint Thomas, VI The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner will work remotely from home and provide tactical employee relations consultation to managers and employees. They will conduct investigations, analyze data, and provide recommendations to operational management and HR business partners. They must be bilingual in Spanish and live in the North East or Central region. Salary: $60K - $75K Job Title: Bilingual Employee Relations Partner - REMOTE Experience: 5 years in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations Location: Remote (must live in North East/Central region) Department: HR Compliance H1: Bilingual Employee Relations Partner - REMOTE H2: Work from Home and Support Employee Relations Bilingual Employee Relations Partner - REMOTE Job Description The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner is a remote position responsible for providing tactical employee relations consultation to managers and employees. They will conduct investigations, analyze data, and provide recommendations to operational management and HR business partners. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and live in the North East or Central region. Responsibilities: - Provide consistent, tactical employee relations consultation to managers and employees - Conduct HR-related investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and provide proactive solutions - Partner with operational management, HR business partners, and legal teams to address complex employee relations issues - Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, employee communication, and collaboration with COEs Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major, or equivalent experience - 5 years in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations - Bilingual in Spanish and must live in the North East or Central region - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills - Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations - Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Salary and Benefits: - Salary ranges from $60K to $75K - Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options - Paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family and parental leave - Tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan Join our team at Ryder and support employee relations while working from the comfort of your own home!
