Job Description

The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner is a remote position responsible for providing tactical employee relations consultation to managers and employees. They will conduct investigations, analyze data, and provide recommendations to operational management and HR business partners. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and live in the North East or Central region.

Responsibilities:

- Provide consistent, tactical employee relations consultation to managers and employees
- Conduct HR-related investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and provide proactive solutions
- Partner with operational management, HR business partners, and legal teams to address complex employee relations issues
- Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, employee communication, and collaboration with COEs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major, or equivalent experience
- 5 years in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
- Bilingual in Spanish and must live in the North East or Central region
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Salary and Benefits:
