The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner will be responsible for providing Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees, conducting HR investigations, and analyzing data to monitor employee relations trends. This is a remote position for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and lives in the North East or Central region.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Title: Bilingual Employee Relations Partner - REMOTE

Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law, or equivalent major and 5 years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.

Essential Functions:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems.
- Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations.
- Ensure policy interpretation for supervisors and managers.
- Partner with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal teams.
- Deliver high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and communication.
- Up-skill and train on technology and case management systems.
- Flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within the supported region.
- Travel as needed to company sites within the region.

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and policies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Impartiality during investigations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professional relationships at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law, or equivalent major; or, additional four (4) years of required experience.
- 5 years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Travel: 0-10%

DOT Regulated: No
