Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

Job Title: Bilingual Employee Relations Partner

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or additional four (4) years of required experience

Location: Remote (must live in the North East/Central)

Department: Human Resources

Essential Functions:

- Provide consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees
- Conduct HR investigations and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
- Analyze and interpret data to monitor employee relations trends
- Provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize legal liability

Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation
- Travel to company sites within supported region as needed

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Self-driven and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Travel: 0-10%

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
