Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator
Salary: $60,080.00 - $75,100.00 USD
Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States

The law firm of WilmerHale is seeking a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator to join their team. With 1,000 lawyers located throughout 12 offices in the United States, Europe, and Asia, WilmerHale is committed to providing quality legal services while promoting diversity and collaboration among its staff.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute various diversity, equity, and inclusion programs and events
- Serve as a liaison for office-level Diversity and Inclusion Committees
- Provide support to the firm-wide DEI Director, Managers, and Specialists
- Participate in Diversity Committee and Subcommittee meetings
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Contribute to the firm's Service Excellence initiative
- Maintain strong relationships with local Diversity Committee members
- Handle various tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and talent management software
- Organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
