Law Firm Seeks Full-Time Immigration Paralegal for Bethesda Office

Located in Bethesda, MD, Grossman Young & Hammond is a highly reputable, women-owned law firm that specializes in immigration and international human rights law. Our team of top-notch attorneys is nationally recognized for their expertise in immigration law and has received top rankings from prestigious publications such as the Washington Post, Washingtonian, and Chambers.

We are currently seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our team and assist in advocating for immigrant rights in the current political climate. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and organizing immigration documentation in a timely and thorough manner
- Communicating with clients and attorneys through email and letters
- Conducting research and providing results to attorneys
- Maintaining organized client files and internal database records
- Improving record keeping and organization processes as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Fluency in a secondary language is a plus

- Maintaining quality and accuracy in all filings
