Key Responsibilities:

Prepare legal documents and correspondence
Research and gather information to support legal proceedings
Manage case documents and files
Assist attorneys with case management and deadlines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in plaintiff's personal injury or related field preferred
Proficient in legal procedures and case management
Familiarity with legal terminology and writing
Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and well-organized
Punctual and reliable attendance

Education and Licenses:

Associates or bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and format discovery documents
Draft legal correspondence
Maintain case documents in both paper and electronic filing systems
Prepare legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and contracts
File documents electronically with courts
Manage case deadlines and reminders
Prepare and send mailings to clients
Scan, print, copy, and file case documents
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information
