Digital Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities: Edit, update, and publish webpages on the firm website and microsites using the content management system Build and publish new webpages using established templates and components within the content management system Enhance website search relevance using Coveo Monitor and respond to emails in the general **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** mailbox Generate email marketing lists and disseminate external email campaigns using the firm's email marketing platform Create and publish social media posts using the firm's social media marketing platform Publish firm content within the employee advocacy tool Resize or crop digital images using image editing applications Provide virtual event support as needed Perform quality assurance on all digital content to ensure adherence to firm standards Provide marketing survey support and pull data reports in Google Analytics Track projects and tasks using Marketing Central tracking system Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders using firm collaboration platforms Provide ad-hoc project assistance as needed Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and procedures Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field 3 years of experience in a professional services firm, digital shared services role, B2B marketing agency, or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint or similar Hands-on experience with content management systems, social media marketing platforms, and email marketing platforms Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work in virtual teams and collaborate online Basic HTML coding and Photoshop skills Experience working with Google Analytics or similar Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred If you are a highly talented digital marketing professional with a passion for problem-solving and a strong attention to detail, DLA Piper LLP (US) wants to hear from you!
