The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in employment-based business immigration and possess strong research, communication, and organizational skills. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Job Title: Immigration Paralegal Job Category: Paralegal Requisition Number: IMMIG002841 Location: Multiple locations including Greensboro, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, and Philadelphia, PA Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys with preparation and filing of employment-based applications under supervision - Coordinate and prepare complex cases such as O-1 and EB-1 petitions - Conduct audits of client documents and assist with responses to requests for evidence - Participate in case strategy meetings and client development activities - Data entry and deadline monitoring - Perform case intake and develop knowledge of firm and client processes - Experience with J-1 waivers, naturalization, and family immigration is a plus Skills and Abilities: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong research and analytical skills - Ability to adapt to change and manage competing demands - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Maintain confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service - Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software Requirements: - Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred - Paralegal certificate required - Minimum of five years of experience in business immigration, preferably in a law firm - Ability to work well with clients and experts - Strong organizational and written communication skills - Experience with LawLogix and/or INSZoom is a plus - Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Work Environment & Physical Demands: - Office setting, using standard office equipment - Sedentary work, with occasional walking and standing - Close visual acuity required for data analysis and computer work Disclaimer: Fox Rothschild LLP is an equal opportunity employer and does not provide sponsorship for this position.
