Paralegal Position at Eviction Prevention Initiative in Chattanooga

The Eviction Prevention Initiative (EPI) is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join their team. This position will focus on providing high-quality legal services to individuals and families facing eviction or other housing-related legal challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to exceptional legal work and equal access to justice, as well as cultural awareness and empathy towards the communities we serve. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or certification from an accredited paralegal program
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional legal work and equal access to justice
- Cultural awareness and empathy towards the communities we serve

Salary:
- Dependent upon experience
- Entry level candidates start at $35,244 and salary increases with each year of experience
- Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, and paid leave
