Responsibilities: - Represent clients in patent litigation, technology litigation, and general commercial litigation matters. - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. - Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. - Collaborate with team members and provide support on various legal matters. - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Qualifications: - At least 2 years of law firm experience, preferably in a mid-sized or large law firm setting. - Experience with patent litigation and/or a technical undergraduate or graduate degree is preferred. - Strong writing and oral advocacy skills are required. - Strong academic credentials are required. - Washington bar admission is preferred, but out-of-state candidates who are willing to join the Washington bar will be considered.
