As a Private Wealth Senior Tax Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, affluent families, and family offices in managing, preserving, and transitioning their wealth. This is a permanent placement position located in Tysons, Virginia, and requires at least two years of experience in tax return review and planning for wealthy individuals and their trusts, investment entities, and private businesses. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Accounting or a related field and be actively pursuing a CPA, MST, or JD/LLM.

Responsibilities:

- Provide compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational affluent families, family offices, and their private businesses and/or investment entities
- Perform complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corps, trusts, estates, gifts, and state taxes
- Work on multiple engagements to deliver proactive tax planning and strategic consulting services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and technical authorities to apply them to complex situations
- Participate in on-the-job coaching and mentoring, as well as firm-wide learning and development programs
- Utilize your networking and relationship building skills to foster strong connections with clients and colleagues
- Support the growth and development of team members

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or a related field
- Actively pursuing a CPA, MST, or JD/LLM preferred
- At least two years of experience in tax return review and planning for wealthy individuals, families, trusts, investment entities, and private businesses
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship highly preferred
