Law Firm Seeking Recruiting Coordinator for People Team in Austin, Texas (Hybrid)

This position will involve partnering with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs, attracting candidates through various sources, and ensuring our company hires and retains top talent. The role is based in our Austin, TX office and will have a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Conduct job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Post job openings to appropriate job boards
- Screen resumes and applications
- Conduct interviews using various recruiting and selection tools
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Monitor and implement recruiting best practices
- Provide well-documented recruiting reports
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pool during the selection process
- Other duties as needed to support the company's vision and mission

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes
- Highly organized and able to work within processes and systems
- Familiarity with HR databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making abilities

Compensation & Benefits:

- $55,000 - $75,000 base pay (depending on experience)
- Hybrid schedule in the Austin office
