In this role, you will work alongside other application architects and senior leadership to develop and architect strategic initiatives that align with the organization's overall solution objectives, with a focus on their CRM platform - Salesforce.com. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Salesforce.com application architecture, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall solution goals and objectives - Create and maintain reference architecture, architecture building blocks, standards, and guidelines to ensure technology is secure and compliant with industry standards - Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them - Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to prioritize initiatives - Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization - Communicate technology target state, roadmaps, and development progress to senior leadership and stakeholders Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field - 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com, preferably in a global capacity - Strong knowledge of architecture governance concepts, application design patterns, and best practices - Experience with other platforms such as Introhive, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Azure, and Microsoft M365 - Proven change management skills - Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience leading a team of architects, technology owners, and subject matter experts Preferred Qualifications: - Strong presentation skills - Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) experience - Work experience at a large professional services organization - TOGAF certification - Salesforce.com Technical or Application Architect certification The work environment at Kirkland & Ellis is professional and collaborative.
