Kirkland & Ellis is seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Principal Architect to join their team in Salt Lake City. In this role, you will work alongside other application architects and senior leadership to develop and architect strategic initiatives that align with the organization's overall solution objectives, with a focus on their CRM platform - Salesforce.com.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Salesforce.com application architecture, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall solution goals and objectives
- Create and maintain reference architecture, architecture building blocks, standards, and guidelines to ensure technology is secure and compliant with industry standards
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to prioritize initiatives
- Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization
- Communicate technology target state, roadmaps, and development progress to senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com, preferably in a global capacity
- Strong knowledge of architecture governance concepts, application design patterns, and best practices
- Experience with other platforms such as Introhive, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Azure, and Microsoft M365
- Proven change management skills
- Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience leading a team of architects, technology owners, and subject matter experts

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong presentation skills
- Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) experience
- Work experience at a large professional services organization
- TOGAF certification
- Salesforce.com Technical or Application Architect certification
