- Review title work and conduct thorough due diligence on real estate transactions
- Close residential real estate transactions from start to finish
- Draft legal documents and communicate with all involved parties, including sellers, buyers, brokers, and lenders

Requirements for the Role
- Must be a member of the Georgia Bar and have experience as a Real Estate Attorney
- Detail-oriented and organized with superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and title work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
