IT Financial Reporting Solution Developer
Kansas City, MO IT Financial Reporting Solution Developer - Work Remotely or Hybrid Polsinelli, a national law firm headquartered in Kansas City, MO, is seeking an experienced IT Financial Reporting Solution Developer to join their team. This role can be hired as remote or hybrid, as long as the candidate is located in a state/jurisdiction where the firm practices. The successful candidate will have excellent skills in financial reporting using SSRS and PowerBI and will be responsible for architecting, analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining new and existing financial reporting solutions within the firm. This is a full-time position with a budgeted salary range of $125,000. Responsibilities: - Architect, analyze, design, test, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain new and existing financial reporting solutions utilizing SSRS and PowerBI. - Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to develop operational reports using SSRS and PowerBI. - Deliver data integration by integrating data shared across legacy, new development, and purchased package environments specialized for the legal industry. - Develop and modify SQL functions and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data. - Understand the SQL table structures of various Finance & Accounting software systems and develop reporting and ad-hoc queries using tools such as Power BI, 3E, Intellistat, and Intapp Time. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding reporting requirements, testing and delivery status, and implementation of solutions. Requirements: - 5 years of experience in IT SSRS/Power BI reporting. - Experience with Legal Financial Reporting solutions preferred. - Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively within a team. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business needs. - Ability to make sound decisions and work independently. - Strong technical skills and ability to learn new skills quickly. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - 5 years of experience in IT SSRS/Power BI reporting.
