About the Role:

As the Firm Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing the human resources functions, coordinating work schedules, and overseeing general office maintenance. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities. You will also work closely with shareholders to develop and implement policies and procedures and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, compensation, talent development and benefits administration.
- Coordinate work schedules of non-attorney personnel to ensure appropriate coverage and minimize non-exempt employee overtime.
- Collaborate with shareholders to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to optimize service and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage law school recruiting and on-campus interviewing.
- Oversee general office maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
- Serve as liaison with building owners and leasing agents.

Requirements:

- Minimum of five (5) years prior supervisory/management experience, preferably in the legal field or other professional services firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-through skills.
