Administrative Practice Assistant - Litigation

Position: Administrative Practice Assistant - Litigation

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid in-office/remote schedule
Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, 1 year of internship or professional experience, professional services industry experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Litigation Practice Group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP
- Maintain case and client files, process new business intake and related forms
- Handle time entry, answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Process expense reports, check requests, and coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and emails
- Manage attorney calendars and provide legal research and case support
- File and e-file documents with various courts/agencies
- Develop and maintain a system for tracking matters requiring future attention

Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year of internship or professional experience preferred
- Professional services industry experience a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with iManage and Outlook, ability to adapt to new software programs
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime if needed
