Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage litigation, including management of outside counsel - Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements and transactional documents - Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance matters - Conduct due diligence reviews and risk assessments for corporate transactions - Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and mitigate legal risks Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the bar in Oklahoma or Texas - 7 years of experience practicing corporate law, with a focus on contracts - Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex corporate transactions - Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills - Strong leadership and project management skills - Commitment to upholding ethical standards and professional integrity Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience.
