About the Role: - The position is for the Labor, Insurance, Construction, IP and Commercial Litigation Practice Group. - The successful candidate will have a track record of high achievement and the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. - They will work closely with partners on all phases of litigation, from investigations to trial preparation. - The role requires excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills. - Candidates must be able to independently manage a caseload, handle court appearances and depositions, and provide meaningful updates to clients. - The position also involves interacting directly with clients and building client and referral relationships.
