We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services practice in Fort Worth, TX. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, analyze complex business opportunities and challenges, and develop your career through a range of engagements and training opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Support Tax Managers and Partners in managing client portfolio
- Take ownership of engagement planning and job administration
- Keep management informed on important engagement and client relationship issues
- Conduct audits of basic-to-complex tax provisions and review working papers to ensure compliance with firm policies
- Execute compliance tasks with moderate to minimum direction from management
- Supervise associate staff members on large and complex engagements when necessary

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of recent investment partnership and/or mutual fund tax experience in public accounting
- Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, and/or Masters in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university
- Strong understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), accounting procedures, and partnership tax regulations
- Exceptional skills in reviewing 1065 and 1120-RIC tax returns
- Ability to meet challenging client requirements and provide high-quality services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities
