Assistant General Counsel

This full-time position, located at the University Park campus, requires a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and at least one year of relevant experience. This position offers a competitive salary range of $123,200 to $191,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The Assistant General Counsel will work with other attorneys in the Office of General Counsel to provide legal advice and representation on a variety of issues, including hiring, discipline, termination, pay and benefits, and labor relations. They will also handle constitutional law issues, civil rights matters, and other legal and policy concerns that impact both faculty and non-faculty employees. Additionally, the successful candidate will advise on a range of legal issues as assigned.
