This role will be responsible for managing the intake process and ensuring the stability and efficiency of all Case Management Facility repositories and databases. Responsibilities: - Support daily work intake, workflow, and processes for paralegals and project assistant teams - Develop and maintain knowledge of Case Management Facility programs and operating systems - Act as a liaison to technology development vendor and manage user access, technology requirements, implementation schedules, database development, and other technical assistance - Facilitate integration strategies between Case Management Facility and Medical and Scientific Solutions Teams - Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues to ensure operational stability for case management systems - Conduct ongoing testing of systems to ensure consistency and integrity of search results and reporting capabilities - Train teams on technical and process changes related to system upgrades or enhancements - Collaborate with Paralegal Manager to conduct periodic global edits and purges for data governance Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software - Ability to understand and meet the needs of internal clients - Bachelor's degree preferred - At least 5 years of related experience required - Ability to travel |
