With a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 and opportunities for quarterly bonuses, this is an exciting opportunity for experienced legal professionals looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive research on relevant laws, statutes, and case precedents related to family and matrimonial law issues
- Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress
- Organize and manage case files and deadlines
- Attend court proceedings and assist with case presentations

Qualifications:

- Pending admission to the New York State Bar Association
- Experience litigating family and matrimonial actions in the New York court system
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
