About the Team:
- Global Public Policy team's work spans government affairs, policy expertise, risk management, and philanthropy
- Mission to prevent, manage, and mitigate political, legislative, and regulatory threats and promote a supportive environment for business growth and innovation

Responsibilities:
- Bridge between Global Public Policy and Music teams to integrate external perspectives and policy developments into business strategy
- Develop and execute strategies for external engagement with policymakers and civil society on music-related issues
- Support music initiatives, including translating policy developments to global teams, building trust, and advising on risk mitigation
- Monitor and analyze policy trends and communicate relevant information to the company
- Support music initiatives from development through release, including informing and supporting public policy strategies and engagements
- Maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Public Policy, Government Affairs, technology policy, and/or policy advocacy
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Affairs, Government, Public Affairs, or related field
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Outstanding judgment, persuasive and advocacy skills, creativity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional listening, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred:
- JD or Advanced Degree
- Previous experience in global companies

Job Information:

,200 annually, may vary depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location
- Eligible for additional bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units
