Responsibilities of the Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney include:

Representing clients in workers' compensation cases
Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Attending hearings, depositions, and mediations
Providing excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
2-3 years of experience in workers' compensation law
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage a high volume caseload
Excellent organizational and time management skills
