You will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated attorneys and make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients affected by issues such as Unpaid Wages, Employee misclassification, Overtime pay, and more. Responsibilities: Verify names and addresses of large groups of clients. Create, sort and export spreadsheets with client information. Create reports from case/client management systems. Contact clients to assist in updating personal information and documentation. Work with attorneys to draft correspondence to clients. Monitor large-scale communications with large groups of nationwide clients. Qualifications: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Strong attention to detail. Experience with case management software (CSM) preferred. Flexibility to learn new software skills. Ability to handle large groups of customer/client information.
