Salary Information:

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Experience and Education:

Three (3) years of previous help desk experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to join our growing IT team. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work for a highly respected law firm with a diverse client base. In this role, you will provide technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure and assist with hardware and software issues. Key Responsibilities:

- First point of contact for all IT-related requests within the firm
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Manage user accounts and access permissions
- Contribute to IT projects as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal users
- Escalate unresolved issues to other members of the IT team
- Maintain knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services
- Ensure timely and proper recording, documentation, and closure of tickets

Qualifications:

- 3 years of help desk experience
- Proficiency in Windows workstation administrative tasks and environments
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365/Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of help desk software, VPNs, and remote control
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently resolve customer issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Working Hours and Salary:

- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexibility as needed
- Competitive salary based on experience
