Alston Discovery Staff Attorney/Discovery & Analytics Counsel
Atlanta, GA

Minimum of five years of experience in law firm or in-house legal setting.
Experience managing large document review projects.
Experience with privilege reviews and privilege logs.
Experience with advanced analytics and technology assisted review (TAR).
Experience with contract analysis platforms and Excel spreadsheets.
Familiarity with electronic discovery best practices, court rules, and procedures.
Knowledge of and experience with eDiscovery, analytics, and other developing AI tools generally.
Experience with cross-border discovery matters and managing foreign language document reviews is a plus.
Experience with Relativity, Ringtail, and other eDiscovery review platforms is a plus.
Experience with project management software and techniques is a plus.
