As a Receptionist at Foulston, your responsibilities will include greeting and communicating with clients, answering calls, preparing conference rooms, transcribing dictation, proofreading, and providing general office support.

We are looking for a candidate with a professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to work in a team setting is also important.

This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, with typical hours from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Compensation will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and communicating with clients and others in a professional manner
- Answering incoming calls
- Preparing and maintaining conference rooms
- Transcribing dictation
- Proofreading documents with proper grammar and punctuation
- Revising, scanning, and filing electronic and paper documents
- Providing general office and clerical support
- Occasionally running errands as a courier
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Professional demeanor and outstanding character
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and clerical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well in a team setting

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Own vehicle and insurance
- Willingness to occasionally travel for courier errands (mileage reimbursed)
- Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Compensation commensurate with experience
