Assistant General Counsel
Raleigh, NC Reputed firm is looking for an experienced Assistant General Counsel to join their legal team in Raleigh, NC. This position will primarily serve as legal counsel for the K12 Programs administered by the Authority, specifically the Opportunity Scholarship Program and the Personal Education Student Accounts for Children with Disabilities Program. The Assistant General Counsel will advise the Authority on legal matters related to state and federal laws, administrative regulations, contracts, and proposed legislation. They will also work closely with the Deputy General Counsel and the General Counsel to provide professional and actionable legal advice for a variety of other subject areas, as needed.
