In this role, you will be responsible for providing compliance coverage, advice, and subject matter expertise in key areas such as Tax Compliance Topics, Anti-Fraud & US Cross-Border topics, and Internal Investigations. You will also be involved in identifying and mitigating compliance risks and participating in our Compliance Risk assessment. This is an exciting position that will require close interaction with front office staff within our Wealth Management division. You should also have knowledge of the Spanish Financial Sector and Tax Compliance Topics, as well as strong English language skills. Your strong interpersonal and time management skills, along with your ability to work independently, will also be important in this role. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of risk and mitigating controls and possess exceptional management, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
