Summary:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, a leading national law firm, is looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Support Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. This full-time position offers an excellent salary and benefits package, including transportation assistance. Our work environment is business casual and we offer a salary range of $36,000 - $50,000 DOE.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct all clients and visitors, and notify appropriate party of their arrival
- Answer office telephone lines and direct calls as appropriate
- Reserve conference rooms/visiting offices and coordinate catering services for client meetings and other functions
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager/AA and Director, HR/Employee Relations
- Process visitor/vendor/maintenance requests and invoices for payment
- Reconcile monthly VISA accounts
- Assist with opening new files for matters
- Provide overflow administrative support as requested

Requirements:
- Two to three years of post high school education or related work experience, legal experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with standard office protocol and office software such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing requirement of 55 wpm
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of legal experience
- 2-3 years of receptionist/administrative experience
