Law Firm is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collections Manager to join our team in the Collections department. As a Collections Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and collecting outstanding debts owed to our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled collections professional to lead a team and implement effective strategies to achieve departmental goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing collections strategies and procedures, managing a team of collections agents, monitoring performance, and communicating with customers to resolve outstanding debts. - Prepare regular reports on collections activities, presenting data and insights to upper management
- Develop and maintain relationships with debt settlement agencies, attorneys, and other service providers as necessary
