Law Firm Seeks Experienced Litigation Paralegal in Orlando, FL

Overview:

- **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, a rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Orlando, FL.
- The Litigation Paralegal will work directly with attorneys to assist with ongoing cases and prepare for trial if needed.
- This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

- Perform secretarial, clerical, and data entry duties.
- Maintain attorney's calendar and schedule depositions, meetings, and hearings.
- Manage documents using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
- E-file legal documents in Florida's E-Portal System.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences.
- Draft legal court documents and send out correspondence to parties/non-parties.
- Communicate with clients and set up Court Calls or Zoom for hearings.
- Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- 2 years of litigation experience required.
- Trial experience preferred.
- Experience e-filing in both state and federal courts preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Teamwork oriented.
