Litigation Records Specialist

Position Summary: The Litigation Records Specialist will work directly with our attorneys to assist them with ongoing cases by obtaining all necessary medical records, bills, liens, loans, PIP logs, and preparing them for trial if needed. Key Job Functions: - Review, rename, and audit medical records, bills, NPNP records, LOPs, PIP logs, and health insurance liens. - Create full sets of medical records and bills. - Read and review interviews and notes. - Review discovery. - Audit medical bills. - Request medical records and diagnostic CDs. - Pay invoices for medical records, bills, and diagnostic CDs. - Follow-up with medical providers and update file accordingly. - Prepare medical notebooks for depositions, mediations, and trials. - Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience/Requirements: - Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload. - Team-oriented.
